I could have stayed on but took fate (in the form of both exercise bikes being used) as a hint and went home. The walking was okay. Very easy on the lungs but the knee was hurting for the first 10 minutes or so, maybe still too much impact as a speed walker. Stepping was easy. So much so I thought I was on the wrong level! Pleased with the floor work and the machines so all in all, not a bad workout.
Tomorrow if it is a lunch session will be 20 cross and 20 cycling, if an evening session I may not go! LOL. Seriously, will do the cross training, cycling and rowing.
