20 minutes cross trainer, level 5/6
20 minutes walking, speed 4.2, incline 7.5, 10, 15, 7.5, 0
Bicep curls, 10 reps 3kg weights.
Pushed myself for the cross trainer and made sure I stuck to the pace. The walking was okay until I increased the pace and the incline. Knee hurt.
Not entirely sure what I want to do tomorrow. I think rowing and cycling need to be on the agenda, but the third thing...not sure. Maybe stepping again. Then hit the pool for a quick swim. In theory. Or boxing. Who knows.
